​Jarrett Wrisley is the executive chef and co-owner of the James Beard nominated and Bozeman favorite, Shan. And, now the newest bakery and sandwich shop - Farro.

Shan has exploded as a destination and favorite for Foodies across the nation. The restaurant isn’t explicitly Thai or authentically Chinese – it is, simply, a place that reflects Jarrett and Candice’s culinary past, in their unexpected, exciting present.

Join the conversation as we discuss the impact of food on culture and how Shan and now Farro have become gathering places to share meals, ideas and try new food.

Meet Sam and Jason Yarborough.

Sam is a Bozeman native who has watched this town grow and evolve over the years, and she still feels deeply grateful to call it home. Jason moved to Bozeman from North Carolina over a decade ago, and together they have built both a life and a business rooted in connection and community.

Sam and Jason are the founders of Arcadia, a personal and professional development company that creates space, community, and practical training for leaders who want meaningful careers and full lives.

Bozeman Nights has been an idea close to their hearts for years, and they are excited to finally see it come to life. At their core, the Yarboroughs are connectors and facilitators who find real joy in bringing people together for the greater good.
